STEP 1 – LOG IN:
Click here to access the program and type in the personal pin number texted to you.
Select Fall 24. Choose Pictures. It may take a moment to appear.
STEP 2 – IDENTIFY YOUR GROUP SHOTS:
All of your classes will appear BY SONG. If you teach combo, obviously we don’t put both group pictures into the program book. Please only fill out the one with the song of the group picture we sent you. You can indicate on the others that it is not being used by clicking the button at the bottom instead of “submit.”
Please drag and drop your students’ names into the correct order according to the group picture texted to you.
Please CAREFULLY type in the file number included on the bottom of that group picture! This is the only place a typo can happen!
STEP 3 – CLICK “SUBMIT” ON EACH AS YOU FINISH. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DONE BEFORE CLICKING THIS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT LATER.
STEP 4 – CHANGE DROP DOWN AT THE TOP FROM “PICTURES” TO “LINEUP”
Remember, this may take a moment to load.
STEP 5 – REARRANGE YOUR LINEUPS AS NEEDED!
Again, each class will be shown. They will be automatically in alphabetical order. If your classes are older and are constantly moving formations – leave this alphabetical! There is nothing else for you to do in this case!
There is a “not participating” section for jazz/tap only students. Please remove any students you have not participating in a particular number for this reason by dragging their name to this section.
Any other classes should be rearranged and identified from left to right when looking at the stage. This helps parents know where to find the best seat. Ex: If little Susie is the first kid standing on the far left, drag and drop her name to be the first name. Just like your strips!
Preschool and 4-6 classes should have leaders identified at the top, from left to right.
Please remember that preschool classes should only ever be in 1 row (other than leaders). You can fit a whole class of littles straight across! They cannot handle staying in windows, nor is there time to put them into windows on recital day.
STEP 6 – CLICK “SUBMIT” ON EACH AS YOU FINISH. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DONE BEFORE CLICKING THIS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT LATER.
